What We Collect

• Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information (name, profile picture) to create your account.
• Your Tasks & Data: The cards, projects, notes, and timer sessions you create are stored securely so you can access them across devices.
• Usage Data: Basic analytics help us understand how the app is used so we can improve it. This includes things like which features are popular, not the content of your tasks.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Provide the Daydeck service and sync your data across devices
• Authenticate your account
• Improve the app based on aggregate usage patterns
• Send important service updates (rare, and never marketing spam)

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your task content with third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade PostgreSQL databases with row-level security. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Authentication is handled through secure OAuth protocols—we never see or store your Google password.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time through the app
• Export your data upon request
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

Cookies & Local Storage

We use minimal cookies and local storage for essential functionality only—keeping you logged in and remembering your preferences. No third-party tracking cookies.

Third-Party Services

Daydeck uses the following services:

• Google OAuth for authentication
• Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure
• Vercel for hosting
• Anthropic Claude for the AI breakdown feature (task titles only, no personal data)

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
